Social network MySpace might've chosen MTV as its media partner for the 2008 presidential primaries, but on Tuesday it'll be launching an election news hub in conjunction with the more traditional NBC News and MSNBC.com.

After timing a video comparison of a Linux and Windows version of the Eee PC, it turns out that the Linux version is 11x faster to shutdown, 2x faster to startup, and 4x faster to start Firefox. Bad news for Microsoft!

Feeling playful today? How about a game of Hangman? This web app features a rather nice graphic interface. You can make eight misses while guessing the letters. It also fully utilises iPhone keypad. The vocabulary is quite huge, so you are guaranteed not to encounter same word twice in quite some time. It also features newer words like and YouTube.
